Equipment needed for class:
Pair of weights.
You will need at least one pair of weights.
Yoga Block
Yoga block. Handy for many things. You can find an inexpensive one just about anywhere.
Bands
So you probably have a band somewhere. Find it. Let’s use it. Preferred is a 12 inch looped band, but an open therapy band is totally fine.
Small Ball
This is a child’s playground ball from the Dollar Twenty-five General store.
Body Towel
Body towel is a regular towel folded in half and rolled tightly and secured. A hand towel will do in a pinch.
Small Pillow
Grab one from your couch.
Equipment I use in class.
Pair of weights.
Power Systems: 12 inch Versa Loops have been a staple in my classes for nearly 15 years. Wide range of resistance and uses make these beauties a must have. (Currently sold only in kit form—I’ll trade you for any color you don’t want/need!)
Yoga Block
WODFitters: These powerhouses help you do a ton of anchored resistance work in basic and push/pull. My go to band is the red one, but the black is a close second.
